Embedding Virtual Mirror into Magento

On February 2012 I wrote some small code – using php – to embed VirtualMirror into Magento.
As an additon I wrote some php as a Magento module to provide the needed prescription form fields (for selling rx prescription eyeglasses) for Magento.
