What is the Pupillary Distance?

Eye TestIn case of an order of prescription glasses please define your Pupillary Distance (PD). This ensures that the optical centers of your lenses will be placed at the correct position on your frame. You can find this measurement on your eyeglasses passport (if any) or you can ask your eye doctor about your PD.

"PD: 34/32" means a PD for right eye of 34 mm and for left eye of 32 mm. First value is for right, second for left. Often the distance right/left is identical or becomes a roundet value summarized; for example "PD: 66 mm". Define 33 mm for the right eye as well as 33 mm for the left eye in that case...
